Registration Information

Online registration for the upcoming school year opens in January.

January 12 — Current IPC Day School students, past students, and IPC church members
January 19 — General public

Applications submitted before your eligible registration date will be held and processed once registration opens.

Please note: Many classes reach capacity quickly. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement.

A small number of openings remain for the Spring 2026 semester. Availability is limited and varies by class.

For the most up-to-date availability, please contact the Day School Office:

A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of registration.
The registration fee is separate from tuition and does not apply toward tuition.
This fee covers all activities and supplies for the school year.
No additional fees will be required during the year.

Once you are notified of your child’s acceptance, tuition payment arrangements must be finalized by May 1 to secure enrollment.

The registration fee is non-refundable, except in the following cases:

IPC Day School is unable to offer your child a spot.
Your family moves outside the Birmingham metropolitan area.
Once a spot is offered—whether you accept or decline the spot—the registration fee becomes non-refundable.

All children must be current on required immunizations to attend IPC Day School.
Religious and medical exemptions are not accepted.
Registration fees will not be refunded if:
- Required immunization documentation is not provided, or
- A family chooses not to vaccinate.
