Connect with Others
We believe that meaningful connections are essential for spiritual growth and a strong sense of belonging within the Church. Our Adult Fellowship Groups welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds to come together, share experiences, and nurture their faith in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Check out both large and small group offerings this season.
IPC Connect offers opportunities for IPC adults, from long time members to new visitors, to connect with one another, God, and the wider world. Events occur throughout the year including shows at local theatres, tacos and trivia, cocktail socials, and more!

2nd Saturday of the month (Sept. - May), locations & times vary
Facilitator: Rowena Macnab, rowmac1@gmail.com
Each month, from September to May, the IPC hikers travel to a different location in Alabama for a Saturday hike. Each hike is led by a different person and varies from 4 to 6 miles and in difficulty. To get hike details, visit our Facebook page under groups on the IPC Facebook page or join us on the free app, GroupMe. Hitting the trail with a group of IPC members and their friends is a fantastic way to strengthen relationships and meet new people, all while enjoying God’s wonderful creation. -
Facilitator: Fairy Sutherland
These dinners take place twice a year in members’ homes, restaurants, or anywhere else you can make a "table". Couples, singles, and members of all ages are invited to register before September 15th. The first dinner will be in the fall (Oct. or Nov.) of 2024 and the second in the spring (Feb. or March) of 2025. Participants will be asked to host in their homes on a rotation, and there will be 8 people in each rotation. If you participated this past year and did not host, you will be assigned to host during the next rotation of dinners.
