Consider investing in eco-friendly lawn tools, such as electric mowers and leaf blowers, to reduce your carbon footprint. In addition to being noise pollutants, one afternoon using a typical gas-powered lawn mower can have the same carbon footprint as a 100-mile car trip! 

Modern electric tools are a good alternative because they require significantly less energy and don’t rely on gas to function. Push-powered mowers or battery-powered edgers and trimmers are other good eco-friendly alternatives to consider.
