Glorifying God Through Service

Habitat for Humanity logo

Our IPC Family of Faith has the opportunity to use our hands and feet in service on Thursday, September 8, as we join the Presbytery and Habitat for Humanity to build a home for Ms. Tonnesha Banks and her daughter, Catilynn. They are very excited about their new home, and Ms. Banks says, "We are truly grateful that God Himself gave you the kind heart to be able to help others." Join us at 8 am in East Lake, as we gather to pray and begin building a home.

If you cannot be with us on Thursday, register to volunteer on Fridays and Saturdays between September 9 and the end of October. For more information about IPC’s chosen work days, learn more this year's home build. You may also reach out to our 2022 Habitat Chairperson, Bannon Thorpe, or me, for additional assistance. No experience is needed; the Habitat professionals will teach you everything! And if all you can do is sweep and help keep the work site clean, that is a perfect gift to offer, too!
