I hope to see all of you on Sunday, Aug. 14, as we kick off our fall season at IPC. During the 9 am hour, you will have the opportunity to check out all of the adult Sunday class offerings taking place this fall. It’s a great way to grow in your faith and get to know other members of the church family. I hope you’ll take advantage of all that our church has to offer. Also, fall Sunday School classes begin for our youth and children.
During our one worship service at 10 am, I will be starting my fall sermon series, "Family Matters," which will look at family relationships in the book of Genesis. We begin this week with the fascinating story of Adam and Eve
After worship, I hope you will also come to our Kick-Off Picnic in Highland Hall. There will be food, great music by our 5 pm Table band, fun for the kids, and even a dunking booth. I’ve heard some rumors about who might end up in the booth, but I can neither confirm nor deny those rumors. You’ll just have to come and see. You can register for lunch here, so we know how much food to prepare.
