Snacks for IPC's Summer Scholars

Snacks for Scholars

The IPC Summer Learning Program at the Children's Fresh Air Farm offers rising 2nd-8th grade students from Hayes K-8 an opportunity to strengthen their academic skills and grow in their faith while spending time outdoors. This year we are expecting 115 campers- our largest group of campers in program history!

As a part of camp, students receive free breakfast, lunch, and a snack daily. We partner with a wonderful company that provides nutritious breakfast and lunch for our campers, but we need your support in providing a healthy snack. As you can imagine, providing snacks daily for 115 campers really adds up! Students participate in lots of outdoor, physical activity during the day and are always hungry. We want to ensure that they leave camp feeling full and nourished.

How You Can Help

We've created an Amazon wish list for shelf-stable items we use for daily snacks. We pair these items with fresh fruit, veggies, cheese, yogurt, and other items that have to be purchased weekly. Please consider helping by purchasing items. You can select the “wish list mailing address” to have items shipped straight to the Fresh Air Farm (501 Park Ave. Hoover, AL.)
