2019 has Arrived

2019 has Arrived

Classes are back. Dinner is being served on Wednesday nights, and rehearsals for the children’s spring musical are underway. In just a few weeks, our youth will leave for their winter retreat in Gatlinburg and confirmation classes will begin. 2019 has arrived!

This winter, we are offering three new adult classes- Unhitching from the Crazy Train, Theological Reading Group and Social Justice Book Club. We are continuing our Second Sunday Lunches and Supers to welcome to visitors, which by the way, are open to all IPC members and friends so please stay for lunch after church or dinner after the 5:00 pm service. We are also continuing to grow existing ministries, like the Children’s Fresh Air Farm, the IPC Food Pantry and Recess. None of this could be done without you.

Thank you for your generous gifts to IPC! Your weekly, monthly and annual gifts are vital. You enable us to keep our doors open, our lights on, our education opportunities available, our ministries running, and our staff paid. By pledging to continue making these gifts, you are giving us the ability to fulfill our call to spread the Gospel and serve others through Christ.

This Sunday, we will recognize a group of individuals being called to serve as church leaders. We will ordain and install all of our new church offices during all three worship services. If you come to 11 am or 5 pm worship, please stay for Second Sunday. Our Second Sunday Lunch follows 11 am worship in the Great Hall. We will host a Second Sunday Supper at 6 pm in Highland Hall. Please join us.

See you Sunday,

Bill
