Under Jason’s leadership the Day School has expanded its curriculum and programming in several areas, including the additions of the APPLE Day Camp, the Barrett Coe Kelley Library, the teacher resource center, the Spanish program, before and after school enrichment programs, the annual Mom’s Coffee & Book Fair, Christmas programs, weekly chapel services for all age groups, the PEP program, the Science and Social Studies programs, technological advances, and a monthly newsletter – The Kaleidoscope.  Additionally, Jason expanded the Day School to include a highly regarded Five-Year-Old Kindergarten program. During 2008, working closely with a generous benefactor, Jason was instrumental in the establishment of the HERO Scholarship program and HERO Endowment Fund.

Pursuant to his lifelong love for music, Jason has developed his talents as an organist having studied under Joseph Schreiber and Dr. Patricia Fitzsimmons. Jason can also be seen acting as guest organist for Sunday services and other occasions at IPC when needed.

Prior to joining IPC, Jason practiced nursing for HealthSouth Medical Center in Birmingham.
